8. Warranty & Defects Liability

  • Al Hayat Interiors L.L.C. provides a 12-month defect liability period for completed works, effective from the handover date.
  • This does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or third-party alterations.
  • Warranty on third-party products (e.g., appliances, HVAC units) will be as per the original manufacturer’s terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
